Jan will explain how to use Windows PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC), which was introduced in Windows PowerShell 4.0, to configure your environment. The purpose of DSC is to provide Deployment, Configuration and Compliance capabilities for Windows resources such as a files, services, roles and features, users, groups and anything that can be managed from PowerShell by using custom resources such as a script.
